The Victory Monument (Uzvaras Piemineklis) was built in 1985 and is dedicated to the Liberators of Soviet Latvia and Riga from the German Fascist Invaders. In this video Valters discusses the history of the location of the monument and offers us his own unique interpretation of the monument.
